Brimming with character, this Arts and Crafts Brooch from antique purveyor Kojis reflects the fine craftsmanship associated with its maker Theodor Fahrner for Murrle Bennet & Co.

A beautiful example of early 20th-century Arts and Crafts jewellery, it’s crafted in silver with an oval cabochon turquoise at the centre. The stone is framed by a softly hammered surface, giving it a distinctive hand-finished character, finished with a baroque pearl drop hanging from curved wirework – allowing the pearl to move gracefully. Style it on the lapels of your favourite blazer or blouse and try teaming it with several other artisanal brooches and pins for a maximalist take on traditional formalwear.
